Check your faction first
This is a Horde mount. Alliance characters cannot buy it, so the Captured Swampstalker carry only works on a Horde character. Past that point, everything depends on one reputation.
Two costs: reputation, then gold
Nazmir's Horde faction is Talanji's Expedition, and the mount asks for Exalted standing with it. That is the slow part. Standing is earned with Nazmir's quests and world quests, so if your character skipped the zone, expect to start far below Exalted and to need a lot of them.
Once you are Exalted, Provisioner Lija, quartermaster of the expedition at the Zul'jan Ruins, will sell you the Reins of the Captured Swampstalker. In the game the reins cost 90,000 gold on top of the reputation.
A flier from the swamp
The mount journal calls it a pterrordax subspecies that lives in the swamps and preys on young bloodfeasters, a fitting picture of Nazmir. Flying gives it an edge over many reputation mounts of Battle for Azeroth: it is as handy for getting around as it is for the collection.
Ordering a Captured Swampstalker boost
The order comes at one fixed price, with nothing to configure. Into Battle for Azeroth mounts? We also sell the Snapback Scuttler and the Nazjatar Blood Serpent, and our mount catalog covers the rest.
