An Altar of Fangs boost puts our booster group on Zul'jan's trail: a Mythic+ key with your character in the Midnight dungeon built around the Fang of Ula'tek. Three bosses stand between the entrance and the end, and the last of them carries a mount on his loot list.

Altar of Fangs picked by name in the order: the key price plus 10% for a specific key. In time adds 20%; percentages multiply. Self-play or piloted.

In a keystone the gear comes in the chest at the end of the run, and which items drop is random.
What a key in Altar of Fangs gives at each level: the chest at the end of the run and the weekly Great Vault. The item levels are the same in every dungeon of the rotation.

+30%Long ago the Amani locked the vaults of Atal'Utek on this altar, and the key they used was a cursed dagger called the Fang of Ula'tek. Nothing else can open the prison that holds the great weapon of the Amani. Zul'jan has gone inside, hoping to win back the Amani's lost glory, and your run follows him alongside Orweyna and Liadrin. If the name Ula'tek sounds familiar, it should: Ula'tek is also the raid boss behind the Ahead of the Curve achievement this season, in The Venomous Abyss; we sell that achievement as an AOTC carry.
Season 2 counts it among its five Midnight dungeons, and it has three bosses: Rav'i, The Writhing Coil, and Zul'jan at the end. You set the key level, our boosters bring the keystone and fill the group, and the run ends at a single chest with loot at your key's item level. Rating from the run counts toward your season score, and an in-time finish at +10 or above adds the dungeon's teleport.
Altar of Fangs lists more trinkets than it has bosses. Rav'i carries two of them, the Coiled Fangstone plus a Vile Vial of Volatile Venom. Zul'jan has the Tattered Amani War Banner, and the middle fight, The Writhing Coil, has a Knot of Writhing Serpents. The weapon spread is just as wide: an axe and warglaives from Rav'i, the Vile Writhefang Glaive polearm and a staff from The Writhing Coil, and from Zul'jan two daggers and the Ancestral Amani Recurve bow. Jewelry hunters can check the Strand of Warding Fangs neck and Zul'jan's Band of the Amani Warlord ring.
The dungeon journal names a mount among Zul'jan's drops: The Writhing Brood. The same list holds the Pillar of the Fanged Altar decor and Pattern: Snakeskin Lining for tailors. In a keystone everything comes from the chest at the finish and is left to chance, the mount as much as any item, so an order buys the run and the loot it brings, never one particular drop.
Its journal lists The Writhing Brood among Zul'jan's loot. Drops in a key are random, so an order covers the run and what it brings, never one particular item, the mount included.
Zul'jan, who entered the altar to bring back the Amani's lost glory. You fight Rav'i and The Writhing Coil before him.
Four are listed: a pair from Rav'i and one each from The Writhing Coil and Zul'jan. The loot table above shows them alongside the rest of each boss's items.
The Fang of Ula'tek is the cursed dagger the Amani used to seal the vaults of Atal'Utek, and it sits at the center of the dungeon's story. Ula'tek is also the raid boss you must defeat for Ahead of the Curve this season, in The Venomous Abyss.
Zul'jan's list includes Pattern: Snakeskin Lining for tailoring. Like the gear, it is part of the loot table and not something an order promises.
