Kings' Rest picked by name in the order: the key price plus 10% for a specific key. In time adds 20%; percentages multiply. Self-play or piloted.
The timer to beat, the key level that earns the teleport, the bosses and the expansion Kings' Rest comes from.
| Detail | Kings' Rest |
|---|---|
| Timer for +1 | 33:00 |
| Timer for +2 | 26:24 |
| Timer for +3 | 19:48 |
| Teleport | Time it at +10 or higher |

Beat the +1 timer and the keystone goes up one level; beat the +2 or +3 timer and it goes up two or three. The timer is the same at every key level.
Each boss and the gear the dungeon journal lists for it: up to six items per boss, weapons, trinkets and rings first.

In a keystone the gear comes in the chest at the end of the run, and which items drop is random.
What a key in Kings' Rest gives at each level: the chest at the end of the run and the weekly Great Vault. The item levels are the same in every dungeon of the rotation.

+30%Season 2 mixes five new Midnight dungeons with three older ones, and Kings' Rest comes back as one of those three, along with Temple of Sethraliss from the same expansion and Ruby Life Pools from Dragonflight. Our boosters run the key at the level you set, and your Kings' Rest result counts in your season score the same way a Midnight dungeon does.
Few places in Zandalar are holier. Kings, conquerors and tyrants, every ruler the Zandalari empire ever had, lie here, honored in body and in spirit, and for ages only priests and royalty were allowed through the gates. Then Zul's dark magic seeped into the tomb. Four guardians stand on the way through:
Kings' Rest is generous with weapons. The Golden Serpent drops the Gilded Serpent's Tooth dagger. Mchimba has the Royal Purifier's Spade polearm and the Vessel of Last Rites off-hand. The Council of Tribes lists the Crackling Jade Kilij sword, the Jeweled Dagger of Subjugation and the Crossbow of Forgotten Majesty, and Dazar brings the Headcracker of Supplication mace and the two-hander Geti'ikku, Cut of Death. Trinkets are scarcer: just two, Mchimba's Ritual Bandages and the Golden Serpent's Lustrous Golden Plumage, and for jewelry there is the Ritual Binder's Ring from Mchimba. Dazar's list also names a mount: the Mummified Raptor Skull. In a keystone all of it comes out of the chest when the run ends, and the roll is random.
Of the eight dungeons, only Murder Row allows more time than Kings' Rest. The timer keeps its length at every key level. An in-time finish raises your keystone one level, and the quicker marks two or three. Timing it at +10 or higher completes Keystone Hero: Kings' Rest and grants a teleport to the tomb; the season's 2,500-rating title with the same name is a different thing, sold as the Keystone Hero boost.
Choose Specific Key in the dungeon option and select Kings' Rest. The name adds a percentage to the key, and the price table above shows the total at each level. A random key is cheaper and can land in any of the eight. For gear from whichever dungeon comes up, the Mythic +10 carry is the usual order.
Yes. It is in the Midnight Season 2 rotation as one of two Battle for Azeroth dungeons; Temple of Sethraliss is the other.
The journal lists the Mummified Raptor Skull among Dazar's loot. A key order covers the run and whatever loot it brings, so the mount, like any drop, is not promised.
The Golden Serpent first, Mchimba the Embalmer second, then The Council of Tribes, and Dazar, The First King, last.
It is the second-longest of the eight, shorter only than Murder Row. The exact time and the two faster marks are in the table above.
Only two are listed. Mchimba's Ritual Bandages come from Mchimba the Embalmer, and Lustrous Golden Plumage from The Golden Serpent.
